Tammy L. Pargoud was born and raised in Louisville, KY and is an accomplished Marketing and Advertising Specialist with over 10 years of experience in Public Relations. In addition to her business experience, in 2016 she received her degree in Social Psychology. Tammy continues to bring awareness and advocate for children and families in crisis in Texas communities.

Tammy’s Ministry Objective: To serve God’s children with passion and love. Bringing awareness to the church and partnering organizations concerning the broken, abandoned and orphaned within our communities. Offering hope and salvation, to children and families in despair and in need of resources to help then overcome their current situations.

Tammy serves as the CarePortal Texas Regional Manager connecting local churches to children and family in crisis and as The Harvest Family Life Orphan Care Implementation Director preparing the local church to care for Orphans by recruiting and facilitating foster and adoption PRIDE trainings for foster and Adoptive families. She serves as the bridge and liaison between the local CPA offices and the Christian families recruited.

Tammy also travels in support of the Advisory Committee on Promoting Adoption of Minority Children educating community churches and leaders on adoption disproportionality with in their communities and engaging them on how to get involved with the initiative to promote adoption for our children in care. She has assisted with ACPAMC forums in El Paso, Lubbock, Dallas and San Antonio Texas.

Tammy relocated to Terrell, TX in August of 2016 and has continued her efforts on   bring awareness to the foster care crisis in Kaufman County, Rockwall County, Dallas County, Smith County and Harris County while supporting DFPS staff and ACPAMC in the surrounding areas.

Tammy’s dedication to serving Christ allows for her community –minded passion to take a holistic approach to serving God’s people.  Tammy is married to Louis Pargoud a retired veteran of the United States Army and is the mother of 4 beautiful children Dre’Shaun, Shariecia, Vanessa & Chase.
